Sign in once with the email you shop with. No password to remember, and nothing stays signed in afterwards. This opens our member portal.
Look up with an order number
Enter the email on your order and the receipt number from your Stripe confirmation email (like 1234-5678). We read your real orders to work out your tier. Nothing is stored about it.
SilverTiers follow lifetime spend at Culture. Refunded orders are taken off, so a tier can go down.
What each tier
Each tier keeps everything below it and adds more. Planned perks are marked, so nothing is promised before it exists.

Where does my tier come from?
From your real, paid Culture orders under your email, with any refunds taken off. We look it up each time you ask, so it is always current. It can go down if an order is refunded.
Do I need an account or a password?
No password. Your order number and email open your account, or you can log in with your email or Google on our member portal.
Can the perks change?
Yes. Tiers, thresholds and perks can be updated, and planned perks are not active until they say so. Nothing here has a cash value and nothing here is a promise of a price.
What do you do with my email?
It is used to find your orders and is not kept by this page. We never show it in full.
