Brand terms

Brand collaboration terms

What you agree to when you send Culture a proposal. Plain words.

Version 2026-10-13

01Who can send a proposal

You must be authorized to speak for the brand, company or project you are proposing for, and everything you tell us must be true.

02What a proposal is

A proposal is not a deal. Culture is under no duty to reply, to accept, or to keep talking. No partnership, payment, exclusivity or other obligation exists until both sides sign a written agreement for that specific project.

03Ideas you send us

Culture may already be working on, or may later work on, similar ideas on its own. Sending an idea does not give you rights over ideas that Culture had or develops independently, and Culture owes you nothing for them. If something is confidential, say so in writing first and wait for our written agreement before sending it.

04Our name, logo and designs

Do not use the Culture name, logo, designs or photos, or say Culture is involved with you, without written approval for that exact use.

05Your information

We use what you send only to review the proposal and reply to you. We do not sell it. See the Privacy page.

06Your agreement

When you tick the box on the form and press submit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. We keep a record of your submission, the date and time, and the version of these terms (2026-10-13) you agreed to.
