Terms

The ground rules

How buying from and talking to Culture works. Plain words, no trick clauses.

Last updated October 13, 2026

01Orders and payment

Orders are placed and paid through Stripe. When you pay, you are buying the piece at the price shown at checkout. Prices on the site are shown before tax, and sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

02Limited drops

Culture releases pieces in limited runs. Availability is not guaranteed. A piece or a size can sell out at any time, and sold-out pieces usually do not come back. Drops are announced on Instagram first.

03Shipping and returns

How we ship, how long it takes, and how returns and exchanges work are all on the Shipping & Returns page. It is part of these terms.

04Our name, logo and designs

The Culture name, logo, photos and designs belong to Culture. Please do not copy, sell or pass them off as yours without asking first. Wearing the clothes and sharing photos of them is exactly what they are for.

05Using the site

  • Use the site honestly and lawfully.
  • Do not try to break it, overload it, or get into parts that are not public.
  • Do not submit false information or other people's details in a form.
  • We may block access to anyone who abuses the site.

06Model and brand applications

Submitting an application is not a promise of work. Culture decides who it works with, and a reply is not guaranteed. If a brand collaboration fits, we aim to reply within 5-7 days. Sending us photos or ideas does not create any agreement until both sides agree in writing.

07Certificates and recognition

If Culture ever issues a certificate or other recognition, it recognizes an association with the brand. It is not employment, and it does not make anyone an employee, partner or agent of Culture.

08Disclaimers

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep information accurate and the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.

09Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Culture is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the products. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law. A lawyer should set the exact wording of this section.
