Model terms

Model application terms

What you agree to when you apply to model for Culture. Plain words.

Version 2026-10-13

01Who can apply

You must be 18 or older to apply to model for Culture. Everything you tell us must be true, and any photos you send must be yours or ones you have the right to share.

02What applying is

Applying is not a promise of work, pay or a reply. Culture decides who it works with. Nothing is owed to you, and you owe Culture nothing, until both sides agree to a specific job in writing.

03Your information

We use what you send (name, contact details, social handles, photos and answers) only to review your application and to contact you. We may look at your public social profiles. We do not sell it. How it is stored and who handles it is on the Privacy page.

04Your photos and content

You keep ownership of your photos. By applying you let Culture look at them and keep them to review your application. Culture will not publish them or use them in marketing unless you agree to that in writing.

05If you are accepted

Acceptance recognizes you as a Culture model and may come with a certificate that anyone can verify on culture26.com. It is not employment. Pay, free product, usage rights, exclusivity and travel are never assumed. For every job they are agreed in writing, before the work starts, for that job only.

Accepted models are expected to:

  • Show up on time and prepared for any job they agreed to.
  • Represent Culture honestly and respectfully in public.
  • Keep unreleased pieces, designs and plans private until Culture releases them.
  • Follow advertising rules when posting about Culture, including clearly marking paid or gifted posts (for example with #ad).
  • Never use the Culture name, logo or designs in a way that suggests you speak for the brand, unless Culture agrees in writing.
  • Never sell, lend or alter a certificate.

06Ending the relationship

Either side can stop at any time. Culture can revoke a certificate if these rules are broken. A revoked certificate shows as revoked when scanned. Revoking does not undo what both sides already agreed in writing for a finished job.

07Your agreement

When you tick the box on the application and press submit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. We keep a record of your submission, the date and time, and the version of these terms (2026-10-13) you agreed to.
